Microfinance Funds
The Global Partnerships Microfinance Family of Funds was created to provide microfinance institutions (MFIs) with the financial capital they need to grow while offering investors a competitive return and proof of positive social impact. After raising money from accredited investors, the Funds make loans to microfinance institutions in Latin America. Global Partnerships carefully selects and monitors the MFIs through the life of the Fund. The MFIs, in turn, extend microcredit loans to low-income entrepreneurs.
