Sign up now to be a Table Captain

We need your help to fill the Westin Hotel Grand Ballroom with people like you who are eager to end global poverty. By hosting a table and inviting your friends, family, and colleagues to attend, you will make a huge difference in multiplying the impact of our work.

You can host a table either as a Table Sponsor or a Table Captain.

• Table Sponsors purchase an entire table of 10 seats.
• Table Captains reserve a table and ask each of their guests to purchase their own seat.

Either way, you are the key to our success, and your help is greatly appreciated!

Here is what we ask of Table Sponsors and Table Captains:

1. Invite other generous friends, colleagues, and family members to join you at the Luncheon and fill your table of 10 seats. We will provide you with paper invitations that you can mail and electronic invitations that you can email to invite your guests.
2. Send us a list of all your confirmed guests by Friday, October 17.
3. Arrive at the Westin Hotel Grand Ballroom by 11:30am on Tuesday, October 28, to pick up your Table Captain packet, find your table, and welcome your guests. 
4. When directed to do so during the Luncheon program, hand out gift envelopes and pens to all of the guests at your table.
5. Collect the completed gift envelopes from your guests at the end of the Luncheon, place them in your Table Captain packet, and return this packet to volunteers at the Ballroom doors upon exiting.
