Elisa Murray
Director of Communications

Elisa Murray heads up Global Partnerships' communications and foundations efforts, working closely with others on GP's development team. Prior to working at GP, she served as communications director for Sightline Institute, the Northwest's sustainability think tank, for eight years. She has also worked as a public information specialist for the University of Washington, assistant managing editor for Eastsideweek newspaper, and editor for Q. Magazine in Ecuador, where she lived for several years in the 1990s. During her time in Ecuador, she saw firsthand the potential for tools like microfinance to help loosen the deep roots of systemic poverty, and is excited to help advance that transforming effort.
