Ana Maria Echeverria Urquijo
Administration & Compliance Manager

Ana Maria Echeverria is a native of Colombia and joined Global Partnerships in October 2008. She is in charge of the administration of Global Partnerships' Managua office, as well as for the coordination of the microfinance institution (MFI) pre-contractual stage. She also serves as support to the Seattle office for the Business of Hope Luncheon and PartnerTrips. Ana Maria is a lawyer from Universidad de los Andes in Colombia and also holds degrees in international contracts and financial law. Her professional experience includes working as an advocate for international mining companies and as manager for service companies. She has also been a member of organizations helping those living in poverty. She is excited to work for an organization that is contributing to find solutions for people living in poverty in Latin America.
